We have experienced Project Managers who can oversee your whole project from concept to completion, ensuring your project runs both to time and budget.
You can choose any furniture you would like so it suits your tastes and lifestyles. Also with made to measure furniture all of your space is utilised. Bespoke furniture is hard wearing and built to last.
We can advise you from scratch or work on ideas you already have. We welcome you to bring photos you have taken of furniture you like or images from books and magazines to help us get a picture of the type of results you are looking for. Our designers are more than able to provide you with inspiration.
Projects take approximately 22 weeks from signing the contract to the end of your project. (Obviously timings can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project). The design time usually takes 6 weeks, the manufacture around 6 weeks and the installation only 2 weeks.
However many drafts it takes we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your design. The design stage is vital and we insist on it being exactly as you like.
We understand that renovating a room goes beyond furniture, which is why we advise you on the whole interior. We have up to date knowledge and strong relationships with suppliers so the options are endless, but we are here to assist you in the decision making process. Of course you are never obliged to use our suppliers.
Of course, Increation have experience of working with Designers, Property Developers, Builders and Architects. We can work closely with your contractors to their designs and timelines.
Any plumbing, electrical, tiling or building work will be carried out by our team of associated tradesmen who, we insist, maintain our standards of quality, service and tidiness. Alternatively we are happy to use work closely with a contractor you choose. We will manage the whole process, from the initial concept to final handover, ensuring that all the work meets our rigorous high standards.
We will try and minimize disruption as much as we can. It is usually the space preparation which can be the most disruptive. The design and manufacture will cause no disruption and the installation period only takes around a two weeks. However, it is only after the initial fitting that work tops and glass splash backs can be templated and manufactured. Granite, stone composite, stainless steel etc are bespoke items in their own right and have their own manufacture lead time after the first fix of your kitchen furniture.
You will have a five year craftsmanship guarantee on our furniture and a one year guarantee on any associated work. This means that, in the unlikely event of a breakage or malfunction, we will fix or replace the item free of charge.
The initial consultation is free. After the consultation if you require an estimate of price we will get a quote and your project details together and contact you in the same week. Project fees are billed across a split of agreed mid stages and delivery.
